TERMS & CONDITIONS

AESTHETICS

All payments made at the time of booking are counted as a booking payments to secure your appointment, these payments are deductible from your total treatment value at the time of treatment however on cancellation or non attendance are non-refundable. (please also see cancellation terms below)

All patients are required to provide photo ID if requested, contact details including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.


APPOINTMENTS


Please provide as much notice as possible minimum of 48 hours notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.
New patient consultations are £25. This is payable on booking and may be redeemable against treatments undertaken within 1 month of the consultation.
When diaries are particularly busy, we may take a nominal deposit, for the treatment to be booked, redeemable from treatment on attendance,
to mitigate missed appointments.
JT COSMETICS operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance, your non-refundable booking fee will be charged alongside the full value of the treatment booked from the card details entered into our booking system. If we hold a deposit on account this will be forfeited.
If you are undergoing a course of treatment or a package, and fail to attend or do not provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or change, the treatment will be forfeited.

Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2 weeks, no additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided once the review period of 2-
weeks has passed.

New patients are seen for consultation and assessment; treatment may be available on the first visit, however we also allow adequate cooling off period, this is decided on what patient and practitioner deem suitable.


Children
We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.

Please do not bring children to the clinic.

Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.


Payment

Consultations will be subject to a £25 fee, payable on booking. This is redeemable against treatment carried out within one month of consultation.
You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards.
A discretionary deposit will be taken for some treatments and in some circumstances


* Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

consultation and assessment
provision of information and advice
safe treatment with evidence based products
follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate
Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences.

All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable


* Packages

If a client fails to arrive for their appointment, or provides less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, the treatment must be paid for in full or deducted from any course or package.

* Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website.

* Complaints

If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of your outcomes you must log the complaint directly with the clinic and practitioner that performed your treatment.
By agreeing to these terms you also agree not to disclose with any party other than JT Cosmetics any information of any kind regarding any treatment or outcome that would have negative effects towards JT COSMETICS aesthetics or any practitioner here within. Any negative allegations made towards JT COSMETICS and publically released will result in legal action.

HAIR EXTENSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOU MUST OVER THE AGE OF 16 TO HAVE HAIR EXTENSIONS

ONLINE BOOKINGS
When using our online booking platform, please remember all policies still apply as normal. If you require a new set of hair extensions, please do not book a fitting unless you have already had a face-to-face consultation at JT COSMETICS and have been provided with a consultation form.

HAIR EXTENSION BOOKINGS
If you are a new client requiring a hair extension appointment, please only book under EXTENSION CONSULTATION when using the online booking platform. Consultations are required no later than 3 working days before all new fitting appointments (for new and existing clients) to ensure the correct colour/s are ordered and to also guarantee that the hair extensions will be dispatched intime. You will be provided with a hair extension consultation form with all relevant information including your bespoke quote to keep for your records.
New client fitting appointments will not be secured until deposit payment is paid in full either over the phone or within the salon by debit or credit card only. (Instructions for paying deposit is detailed on consultation forms). If you are an existing client that has booked a new set for your next appointment, it is your responsibility to call the salon and pay the hair deposit within the correct timeframe (no less than 3 working days prior to fitting appointment)
In the unlikely event that a hair delivery is delayed, your fitting appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We only fit hair extensions that has been sourced by JT COSMETICS and we cannot fit hair extensions that you personally supply and we also cannot maintain hair extensions that have been fitted by a third-party salon.


DEPOSITS AND RESCHEDULING
AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE UNLESS WE (JT cosmetics) HAVE TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO A DELAY THUS MAKING IT TWICE

COMPLAINTS
Your satisfaction is our highest priority – in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, please notify us during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed either by phone or by email at JTCOSMETICS@icloud.com Please DO NOT tamper with your hair at home before we have seen it as this may void any correction/refund entitlement. We will need you to come back to the salon to have your hair examined by a senior member of staff/director to determine the fault and decide on which correction work needs to be carried out (if any) or if there is a fault on our side, offer a partial or full refund.
Please note that we can not issue correction work or refunds without examining your hair face-to-face first. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been removed from their original packaging
